Kru Meaya teaches yoga in a calm, steady, and progressive manner—focusing on mindfulness, deep breath awareness, and bodily alignment. Her classes are suitable for practitioners of all levels, from beginners to advanced. She emphasizes consistency, slow but confident movements, and a deep connection between breath and body.
 
Why She Started Yoga:
Kru Meaya began practicing yoga to heal herself from chronic back pain, insomnia, and struggles with being overweight. Through yoga, she discovered not only physical healing but also emotional and mental transformation.
 
Teaching Intention & Philosophy:
•To help students learn how to breathe properly
•To develop awareness and understanding of their own bodies
•To experience the wonder of what the body can achieve through breath

Kru Kae is a passionate and experienced yoga teacher based in Thailand. She is certified by Yoga Studio Academy Bangkok under the Yoga Alliance with credentials in:
•300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
•50-Hour Yoga Ball
•50-Hour Yoga Fly
 
With over 5–6 years of teaching experience, she specializes in:
•Hatha Yoga
•Vinyasa Yoga
•Flow Yoga
 
She is also trained to teach Pilates Mat and Pilates Ring, offering a well-rounded approach to body awareness and fitness.
