Basic Information:
Hi! My name is Snook, and I’m from Surat Thani.

Professional Background:
I have over 10 years of experience as a gym personal trainer. I hold certifications from FIT Thailand, including Personal Trainer Certification, Basic Life Support, Women’s Fitness Essentials, and Training Clients with Lower Back Pain.

I specialize in weight loss, functional training, and mobility improvement.

Coaching Style & Philosophy:
I believe in functional training as a key approach to fitness. I motivate and support my clients by providing positive encouragement, asking open-ended questions to understand their health concerns and obstacles, and tracking their progress to ensure results.

Personal Interests & Fitness Journey:
I became a personal trainer because I believe that being healthy and active benefits both the body and mind. I love sharing my knowledge, listening to my clients, and setting goals together. Seeing their progress makes me proud.

One of my biggest fitness achievements is completing a 21km Spartan Race and a 42km Trail Run. My favorite workout methods include Functional Training and CrossFit.

Fun & Personal Interests:
My favorite healthy meal is an avocado smoothie bowl, but I also enjoy a good cheat meal now and then. Outside of fitness, I love practicing meditation.
